What happens at the end of the project?
You can decide whether you would like to sell the property to release the equity after all the refurbishment works have been completed, refinance the property so you can move onto another project quicker or you may decide you want to rent the property and achieve monthly passive income (typical yields between 7-12%)
Can I get involved with the project and learn myself?
Yes, you can decide whether you would like to be involved. This would be in the planning stages, creating your own stamp, taking control by designing the interior of the property, aiming to add as much value from the redesign to enable the highest return possible.
How long does it take?
Depending on the nature of the property to be worked on, a typical completed refurbishment may take between 6 - 12 weeks.
Do I need cash or a mortgage in place?
